Our paintings from a couple weeks ago are now up for auction on ebay. All the money goes to helping women in need in Africa. Follow this link. PLEASE, go and bid on these and then tell all your friends, family members, and hey, tell every stranger you come across.

If you were there this past week for the second part of our Beginning series, you saw the paintings that were painted live on stage. If not, please watch this video explaining all about them, or better yet watch the full powerful message. We said that these two paintings represented two things. One represented our world that we’ve defiled with our own sin. We’ve thrown our own “black paint” all over this world and ruined what God created as a perfect creation. The second painting represents the perfect world to come with Christ’s return. This world is pure and perfect in every way, and it’s what we’ve been promised as a follower of Christ. As a student ministry, we feel the call of God, to rise up and carry this hope we’ve been given through Christ all over our World. That’s where you come in. One way we’ve decided to do this is by auctioning these two paintings off and putting every cent of the sale towards World Relief’s womens foundation. So next week, please, bid on these paintings on ebay, and tell your parents, your friends, put it on facebook, whatever. We have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Christ in this very easy, accessible way. Take advantage of it. We’ll have more specifics as the time comes, but until then, watch this video and share it with everyone and let’s Give Hope to a dark world.

Due to snow and ice, we’ve made the decision to cancel Pursuit for this week, the 12th. We just don’t want a whole bunch of teenagers driving home on icy roads at 9:00 at night. Anyway, we will officially launch our season on the 19th with an awesome new series called Beginning, so make sure you come and bring a friend.

We’ve had our break and now we’re pumped and ready for the launch of our 2011 Winter Season. We’ll be kicking it all off with a one-part series called SURGE on January 12th, and then launching an awesome series called Beginning the 19th. It’ll be a great season, challenging ourselves to become the ultimate fighter for Christ we’ve been called to be. We’ll see you on the 12th.

This coming Wednesday night, we are back in the swing of things. OneNite was awesome, but now we’re ready for the Pursuit. We’ll be launching a brand new series call Real Social. It’ll be a great series on how to have good, Godly friendships. This Wednesday, the 27, we’ll be talking about your group of friends, and the following week, friends worth having, and wrapping up the series, talking about being there for each other. Well, As many of you may know, we kicked off our 2010 Fall Pursuit Season last Wednesday with a bang. We launched a brand new series called Full Throttle that we’ll be summing up this Wednesday night with a message titled “Unleashed.” The following week, we’ll be diving into a brand new series called AntiChristian. This will be a great opportunity for you to bring your friends, especially those who are lost, as we’ll be discussing God’s Grace and free gift of Salvation. We’ll end on October 13th with the conclusion of the AntiChristian series, but feel free to join us the following week for our Team Church OneNite celebration. But, not to worry, we’ll  dive right back in the following week.

We WILL officially be having our second annual Summer Season of Pursuit this year! It will start the first Wednesday of July, the 7th, and will continue on every week in July. We’ll see you there!

This week (Wednesday, June 2nd) is our last Pursuit of the season.  Aww…. But make sure to join us at summer camp this June! Middle school summer camp is from June 14th to the 18th and high school summer camp is from June 21st through 25th! See you there!
